1. Overview
This policy governs fee transactions, cancellations, and refund requests related to consulting services, software development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services offered by Vyntyra Consultancy Services ("Company", "we", "us").
2. Advance & Discovery Fees
If a project discovery, initial consulting fee, or architecture planning fee is charged, it is strictly non-refundable once the discovery phase has commenced and intellectual time has been invested.
If a duplicate payment occurs due to a payment gateway timeout or network error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
3. Project & Service Fees
For large-scale consulting and development projects with associated retainer fees:
- Before Project Start Date: Cancellation requests received before the official project kickoff meeting are eligible for a 100% refund of the advance (less payment gateway transaction charges).
- Cooling-off Period: Cancellation requests submitted within the first 3 days of project commencement will be eligible for a 50% refund of the initial milestone advance.
- After the Cooling-off Period: No refunds will be issued after the cooling-off period has expired, or after access credentials, initial designs, or source code have been delivered to the client.
4. Company Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the rare event that Vyntyra Consultancy Services cancels or indefinitely postpones a project engagement due to internal resource constraints, clients will be offered the choice of an immediate 100% full refund of unutilized funds or a free transfer to a prioritized future timeline.
5. Refund Request and Processing Workflow
- How to Request: Email billing@vyntyraconsultancyservices.in from your registered corporate email address with the Subject line: "Refund Request - [Company Name] - [Invoice/Order ID]".
- Investigation: Our finance and project management teams will review the request against project activity logs and delivered milestones within 5 to 7 business days.
- Settlement: Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to the original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card) within 7 to 10 working days, subject to your bank's clearance timelines.
This policy outlines all refund rules and guidelines for consulting and development projects.
