- Furnish authentic, truthful, and verifiable business information, project requirements, and identity proofs.
- Not impersonate any person or entity or suppress material information required for legal compliance.
- Refrain from lodging false, frivolous, or malicious complaints.
- Keep login credentials and client portal access confidential.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, branding, UI designs, code snippets, corporate modules, and proprietary internal tools remain the exclusive intellectual property of Vyntyra Consultancy Services.
You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our general materials solely for evaluating our services. Unauthorized distribution, reverse engineering, scraping, or commercial exploitation of our platform is strictly prohibited.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not:
- Transmit viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or harmful code to our corporate servers.
- Attempt unauthorized access to internal systems, databases, or other client records.
- Use our communication boards or contact forms for harassment, spamming, fraudulent activities, or hate speech.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The website and official client portal are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that submitting an inquiry guarantees a service contract or immediate availability of our consulting teams.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyntyra Consultancy Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website downtime, lost data, or transmission failures prior to a formally signed contract.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
